Taking India to the World in Davos 2011
It feels a great sense of pride to be moving around the streets of Devos on our Republic Day and find my photographs and the designs of Horo, my schoolmate, taking ‘India to the World’ at the World Economic Forum.
Indeed heart-warming amidst the drizzling snow.
Jai Hind! :-)

About The City Of Dreams
Honored with the “Best Integrated Resort” Award in the prestigious 21st TTG Asia Travel Awards 2010, the City of Dreams is Asia’s newest, most dynamic, integrated “must experience” holiday and entertainment destinations in Macau. It was developed by Melco Crown Entertainment Limited, an entertainment company listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market (NASDAQ: MPEL).
Located at Cotai with the vision to develop ‘A WORLD OF FIRSTS’ in Macau, COD sets new standards in holiday experiences for ‘next generation’ leisure-seekers looking for the ultimate in world-class entertainment in Asia Pacific region. This is further reinforced by the recently opened and hugely popular centerpiece attraction ‘The House of Dancing Water’, an over USD 250 million production which is the world’s largest water-based show personally created and directed by the one of the world’s greatest show maker Mr. Franco Dragone.
The City Of Dreams is also home to Club Cubic, the largest and most prestigious club in Macau and among the largest in Asia as well. The City Of Dream’s entertainment experience includes other exciting offerings such as the Hard Rock CafĂ©, a live entertainment venue, an innovative multimedia show called the ‘Dragon’s Treasure’, the family-orientated ‘Kids’ City’ and a host of multi-cuisine restaurants, top of the line shopping, bars and nightlife, which make up this innovative city-like integrated holiday and entertainment resort.
Indian travelers are among top two the fastest growing groups coming to Macau, with over a 169,000 visitors during 2010, a 57% increase over the year 2009. Of the over 16.7 million total visitor arrivals in Macau in the first eight months of 2010, the City of Dreams welcomed on average over 1.1 million visitors a month.
